Brewers Association Seeks Contributors for New Front-of-House Training Program

The Brewers Association is developing a new e-learning program to help breweries train front-of-house (FOH) taproom staff.

Many BA members have identified onboarding FOH staff as an area where additional resources would be helpful, whether bringing new hires up to speed or refreshing existing staff on core responsibilities.

We've begun outlining the curriculum and building lesson plans. Now we're looking for input from the brewing community to help ensure the training reflects real-world taproom operations.

Share Your Expertise

We're looking for contributors and subject matter experts to help shape the program.

Contributors can help:

  • Develop portions of the lesson plan
  • Add real-world context and examples
  • Review draft course materials

Whether you're a brewery owner, taproom manager, current FOH staff member, or a former taproom employee, we'd love to hear from you.
