(1)	Securities held by ARCH Venture Fund XIV, L.P. ("ARCH XIV"). ARCH Venture Partners XIV, L.P. ("AVP XIV LP") is the sole general partner of ARCH XIV.
(2)	ARCH Venture Partners XIV, LLC ("AVP XIV LLC") is the sole general partner of AVP XIV LP. Paul Berns, Kristina M. Burow, Keith Crandell, Steven Gillis and Robert Nelsen (collectively, the "AVP XIV LLC Committee Members") comprise the investment committee of AVP XIV LLC. Each of AVP XIV LP and AVP XIV LLC may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by ARCH XIV, and each of the AVP XIV LLC Committee Members may be deemed to share the power to direct the disposition and vote of the shares held by ARCH XIV.
