The 2025 APS Employee Census ran between 5 May and 6 June 2025. Treasury staff participation rate in the Census was 92 per cent.
Treasury's 2025 APS Employee Census results reflect an engaged and committed workforce - among the most positive across the Australian Public Service. These results highlight a workforce that is highly motivated, and closely aligned with Treasury's purpose, and dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes for the Australian community.
While we celebrate this success, we also recognise the importance of staying focused on the future. Treasury remains committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports continued engagement, satisfaction, and high performance.
