The UAA 2030 Strategic Planning Tri-Chairs invite you to join students, staff, faculty, alumni and our community partners for an engaging conversation about UAA 2030: Catalysts for Success. We'll reflect on what we heard during our UAA 2027 strategic planning process and May 7 wrap-up, share where we are and where we are headed, and work together to shape UAA-specific objectives and indicators for our UAA 2030 Catalysts for Success.
During the forum, we will:
- Hear reflections from the UAA 2025/2027 Strategic Planning Chairs
- Learn how we're developing UAA's unique objectives and indicators
- Work in small groups to generate ideas for each catalyst
- Share ideas and hear from groups across UAA
- Rank and prioritize the catalysts
- Discuss next steps for building UAA 2030-together
