Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Welcomes Dinsmore Partner John Berry to its Ranks

Dinsmore partner John J. Berry (Pittsburgh) has been inducted into the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), a distinguished invitation-only association dedicated to promoting integrity, professionalism and fellowship among elite civil defense and corporate lawyers.

"It is a true privilege to be inducted into the FDCC," said John. "I'm excited for the camaraderie, the education, and most importantly, the opportunities for professional growth afforded by working with such talented professionals. It is humbling to join this group, and I can't wait to get started."

John is highly regarded by clients as a first-chair trial and appellate attorney. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes with an emphasis on insurance law, commercial/financial litigation and employment law. He represents insurers facing insurance coverage, insurance bad-faith and extra-contractual claims involving both personal and commercial lines.

Outside of the office, John is active in local civic organizations, coaches his local high school's mock trial team and manages his sons' youth baseball teams.

FDCC provides members with CLE programs, access to substantive law sections and exclusive networking opportunities to advance fair civil justice and reinforces trusted, long-standing professional relationships.

To be selected, an attorney must stand out among their peers and demonstrate an exemplary reputation in the legal industry and their community.
