Walmart Plans $300 Million Fulfillment Center in Greater Cincinnati, Creating More Than 300 Jobs

CINCINNATI - Walmart Inc. plans to invest more than $300 million in a new fulfillment center in Turtlecreek Township, creating more than 300 new jobs and further expanding the company's investment in Greater Cincinnati. REDI Cincinnati, in partnership with JobsOhio, announced the project following Walmart's purchase of nearly 100 acres in Warren County.

The new facility, located at 760 Encore Drive, will specialize in fulfilling larger, non-sortable items, including televisions, furniture and other oversized merchandise. By expanding Walmart's fulfillment capacity in the region and positioning inventory closer to customers, the facility will help Walmart deliver more items faster while supporting the continued growth of its next-day delivery network.

In Greater Cincinnati, the new Turtlecreek facility will complement Walmart's existing fulfillment operation at 650 Gateway Boulevard in Monroe, which employs more than 200 associates and will continue operating. Together, Walmart's investments in Monroe and Turtlecreek Township will expand the company's fulfillment capabilities in the region, create new career opportunities and help get products to customers faster.
