SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

I. Background

In FR Doc. 2026-16472 of August 13, 2026, entitled " Medicare Program; Alternative Payment Model (APM) Incentive Payment Advisory for Clinicians-Request for Current Billing Information for Qualifying APM Participants" (91 FR 52305), there was a technical error that is identified and corrected in this correcting document.

II. Summary of Errors

On page 52305, we inadvertently did not provide a hyperlink corresponding to the web address where relevant QPs who anticipated receiving an APM Inventive Payment but have not received a payment, may provide CMS with updated Medicare billing information."

III. Correction of Errors

In FR Doc. 2026-16472 of August 13, 2026, (91 FR 52305), make the following correction:

1. On page 52305, second column, third full paragraph, lines 10 and 11, remove the phrase "2026 QP Notice for APM Incentive" and add in its place " https://d2g5m5leph8kam.cloudfront.net/s3fs/s3fs-public/2026-08/2026-qp-notice-for-apm-incentive-payment.zip?VersionId=EfxfCWv.NH0e9Nd59vkJe6AGs8qa8bsK".
