Mountain Point Announces Close of Inaugural CLO
Orrick has advised a new CLO manager, Mountain Point Credit Management, on the successful closing of its inaugural CLO. The $507 million transaction will utilize Mountain Point's unique systematic loan investment process using data analytics and rules-based portfolio optimization.
Orrick represented Mountain Point as the collateral manager.
Orrick's Nate Spanheimer and Mike Gonzalez lead the team that advises Mountain Point, with support from Tola Ajayi, Anne Marie Bullington, Ali Warren, John Narducci, Jamie Larkin, Rich Nguyen-Le and Jason Flaherty.
