Engage PEO Sales Team Grows in New England

In this role, she will focus on expanding Engage's presence across the state, developing relationships with insurance brokers, CPAs, and other referral partners, and helping employers evaluate HR outsourcing solutions that support their workforce and business goals.

Smith brings more than 15 years of experience across human capital management, workforce strategy, staffing, recruiting, and business operations. Most recently, she served as a senior human capital management consultant with a large national HR services provider, where she worked closely with accounting professionals and business leaders on workforce planning, benefits strategy, HR technology, people, analytics and compliance.

She also spent several years in staffing leadership, where she oversaw multi-branch operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and financial performance.

Earlier in her career, Smith led recruiting teams focused on skilled talent across manufacturing, information technology and professional services. That combination of advisory, operational, and recruiting experience gives her a broad view of the workforce challenges facing small and mid-sized employers.
