Friends of the Southfield Public Arts to Host “BE the ART” Costume Ball November 13

The Friends of the Southfield Public Arts, in collaboration with the Southfield Public Arts Commission, will host "BE the ART: A Costume Ball" on Friday, November 13, 2026, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at Park West Gallery, 29469 Northwestern Highway in Southfield.

The event invites residents, art enthusiasts and community supporters to celebrate artistic expression through an evening of art inspired fashion, entertainment and interactive experiences. Guests are encouraged to dress as living works of art, embracing the event's creative theme while enjoying food and drinks, gallery access, music from a live DJ, silent auctions and a collaborative live art experience.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Friends of the Southfield Public Arts and support efforts to advance public art throughout the community.

Sponsorship Opportunities Available

Local businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to support the event through sponsorship opportunities ranging from $500 to $10,000. Sponsorship packages offer a variety of benefits, including complimentary event tickets, promotional recognition and event visibility.

• Visionary Sponsor: $5,000

• Patron of the Arts: $2,500

• Creative Partner: $1,500

• Friend of the Arts: $500

Tickets and Event Information

Tickets are $150 per guest and can be purchased by scanning the QR code on the official event flyer. Tickets are also available through the Southfield Mayor's Office, with payment accepted by cash, Zelle or PayPal.
