With extended producer responsibility (EPR) legislation now in effect in multiple U.S. states and Europe's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) creating new compliance requirements for global operations, Pregis will use Pack Expo 2026 to help organizations assess their exposure before fee obligations scale and identify practical paths forward.

Innovation and Automation

The booth's automation display will feature a sorting line routing a variety of goods to active packaging stations replicating a fulfillment operation challenged with packing a variety of goods while balancing protection, productivity and cost. Within this automation hub, Pregis will demonstrate automated mailing & bagging and inside-the-box packaging solutions.

• Sharp Lynx 18TM: An all-electric automated bagger running in both lights-out and hand-fed demonstrations gives visitors a firsthand view of the latest in bagging fulfillment flexibility.
• EasyPack® Strata: A high-speed paper system engineered to produce structured pads that deliver scalable protection, bridging the gap between enhanced void fill and light cushioning.
• Pregis will debut the new Sharp on-demand rightsized mailing system, which produces a precisely sized mailer for each order, eliminating excess material use and optimizing freight.

Customer Experience and Purpose

Pregis will showcase the Inspyre™ packaging line, which allows brands to choose packaging with measurable social impact. One percent of revenues from Inspyre brand purchases is donated to Uzima Clean Water Mission, which provides water filters and education to communities without access to safe drinking water. Pregis will make an additional donation for each visitor who checks in at Booth S-3874, allowing attendees to support the program while learning more about purpose-driven packaging solutions.
