Grand Prairie City Council Member Jorja Clemson has been appointed to the Medical City Arlington Board of Trustees, a distinguished group of community leaders who help advance the hospital's mission of providing high-quality care to patients across North Texas.

The Board of Trustees works in partnership with hospital leadership to support high-quality patient care, advise on community needs and advocate on behalf of the hospital. Trustees include key corporate, philanthropic and physician leaders.

Clemson's appointment reflects her continued commitment to serving the community and supporting initiatives that strengthen the health and well-being of residents across the region.

"It is an honor to serve on the Medical City Arlington Board of Trustees and to join such an accomplished group of community leaders," said Clemson. "Medical City Arlington has been an important part of our community for decades, and I look forward to supporting its continued commitment to exceptional patient care and serving the needs of our growing region."

Medical City Arlington is a 493-bed, full-service hospital providing advanced care to patients throughout North Texas. The hospital recently celebrated 50 years of caring for patients at its South Arlington campus.
