ATLANTA - SEPT. 22, 2025 - Arketi Group, an integrated marketplace and workplace communications firm, announced the appointment of Peter Brennan and Phil Rubin to its Board of Directors.
Brennan and Rubin join the board following Arketi's partnership with private equity firms GO Capital and Station Partners, who also maintain board representation. The two bring a wealth of strategic experience and leadership for Arketi as the firm doubles down on its mission to build a next-generation B2B agency platform, one that fuses marketplace and workplace communications to help B2B technology companies generate revenue and accelerate growth.
"Peter and Phil have built and led organizations through decades of growth, transformation and change," said Mike Neumeier, APR, CEO and co-founder of Arketi Group. "Their strategic perspective and operating experience will help us scale with focus as we continue to evolve into the next-generation B2B agency platform our clients need."
Peter Brennan, partner at New Vantage Point, has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded multiple companies, including The Lacek Group (acquired by OgilvyOne), Denali Marketing (acquired by KRG Capital/Olson), and software ventures MilePoint (acquired by Points International) and BidPal (now OneCause). Over the past decade, Brennan has served as an independent director on several agency boards, helping leadership teams chart growth strategies, navigate M&A, and evolve their value proposition.
"Arketi has the foundation every agency wants: great leadership, strong client relationships, and a clear growth strategy," said Brennan. "What motivates me is the chance to help shape what comes next. We're building a modern platform that redefines how marketplace and workplace communications enable bottom-line growth for B2B technology companies."
Phil Rubin is the founder of Grey Space Matters, a consultancy that advises growth-stage and global brands across loyalty, customer strategy, business innovation, and executive search. Recognized globally as a pioneer in the loyalty space, Rubin was CEO and founder of rDialogue, which was acquired by Bond Brand Loyalty, where he served as executive vice president of global insights and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, he held C-level roles at multiple marketing firms, delivering growth and innovation across retail, travel, and financial services.
"Helping companies drive profitable growth by creating real customer and employee value has always been my focus," said Rubin. "Arketi's vision for fusing marketplace and workplace communications is exactly the kind of forward-thinking strategy B2B companies need today. I'm energized to be a part of it."
Rubin and Brennan's appointment arrives on the heels of Arketi's acquisition of Audacity and launch of Arketi Inside, the firm's new workplace communications and change management offering.
