i3 Investors Announces Staff Promotion
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - 12/11/2024
i3 Investors is pleased to announce the promotion of Marc Armstrong to Vice President of Finance and Asset Management. Marc joined i3 in February of 2023.
In his new role, Marc will oversee i3's finance department and continue managing the day-to-day operations of all properties in the i3 Investors portfolio. "Marc is an incredibly valuable asset to our company, handling finance, asset management, and strategic planning. We are excited for Marc on this well-deserved promotion," said i3 Investors principal Chip Barnes.
Marc has over 20 years of industrial real estate experience. Before joining i3 Investors, he served as Assistant Vice President of Property Management at Duke Realty.
