Our September Employee of the Month is Molly Bartlemay.
Molly joined the city in 2007 and currently serves as Customer Service Manager in the Finance Department, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services Division.
She was nominated for the way she consistently reflects the City's values through her leadership, professionalism and care for others. Molly holds her team to high standards while creating a positive and supportive work environment. She is fair, organized and levelheaded, and she handles difficult customer situations with empathy while staying consistent with City code and policy.
Molly also invests in her team, encourages growth and makes sure staff feel supported and recognized.
