The Austin division of the bankruptcy clerk's office is closing for the day at 12:00 pm (CT), and the San Antonio division of the bankruptcy clerk's office is closing for the day at 2:30 pm (CT) on Friday, December 12, 2025, for an official Court function. All other Texas Western Bankruptcy divisional offices remain open for regular business.
If you need assistance, please contact either the Waco division clerk's office at 254-750-1513, or the El Paso division clerk's office at 915-779-7362.
The Court's website, located at http://www.txwb.uscourts.gov, remains available for general inquiries. PACER/ECF remains available for electronic filing by attorneys.
