CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00008831 de 27 de abril de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía COMPUTRONSA S.A. cuya oferta pública de la SEGUNDA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00041409 del 03 de agosto de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $1'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
