Napa Valley Expands Its Reach to New Consumers Through Major Culinary and Global Sporting Events

9/10/2025 - Saint Helena, CA - Napa Valley Vintners (NVV) announces its participation in an exciting calendar of events coming up in 2025 and 2026, including the LA Food & Wine Festival, The Napa Valley Standard, a new wine and food event debuting this fall, Artisans of Wine & Food at The Boca Raton in South Florida anda series of high-profile sporting events in 2026, all of which offer exceptional opportunities for Napa Valley's wineries to engage with new consumers.

Incredible Wine and Food Festivals

Napa Valley takes part in key events focused on wine and food in fall of 2025 and January 2026.

LA Food & Wine is expected to draw a wine interested crowd and Napa Valley will be there for it. Not only does the festival attract 10,000 adventure-seeking, youthful attendees, age 25-44, it is also attended by LA area wine trade. Napa Valley wines will be exclusively poured in the Tasting Village VIP Lounge in addition to Napa Valley wineries taking part in other events throughout the weekend November 7-9, 2025.

Taking place November 12-15, 2025, is The Napa Valley Standard, a new culinary festival sponsored by Visit Napa Valley (VNV) and supported by NVV that engages tastemakers, cultural curators and luxury travelers. The kickoff of this high-touch experience sets the tone for the 2026 launch when the festival will scale up with dozens of signature experiences featuring Napa Valley's world-renowned wines.

From January 15-18, 2026, Artisans of Wine & Food returns to The Boca Raton in partnership with NVV. More than 100 Napa Valleywineries and 20 plus Michelin-starred chefs will take part in a lineup of signature experiences that set a new benchmark for luxury, taste and philanthropy.

Two International Sporting Events Come to the Bay Area in 2026

Two of the biggest sporting events in the world are scheduled to take place in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2026 and Napa Valley will be part of the celebrations. The Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC) will welcome visitors for a major American football championship and a global soccer tournament. NVV and VNV are partnering with the BAHC to help drive visitation to Napa Valley as many travelers are expected to explore the surrounding region. Napa Valley is located only 50 miles from San Francisco, making it an ideal destination for travel enthusiasts who enjoy wine, food and culture.

Napa's Wineries Have a Full Marketing Calendar Ahead

Through its growing presence at major cultural events, the region is helping to deepen consumers' connection to the enjoyment of wine. Looking ahead, Napa Valley Vintners will also lead market visits to Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Diego, New York, Miami, Hong Kong and Paris as part of its annual schedule of events designed to connect member wineries with new audiences and sell wine both in the U.S. and abroad.
