Interior Federal Partners with Back on My Feet

Interior Federal continues its commitment to community empowerment through its longstanding partnership with Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating homelessness through running, community support, and essential employment and housing resources.

Since April 2017, Interior Federal has partnered with Back on My Feet to provide financial education and volunteer support to individuals working toward stability and independence. These efforts reflect a shared dedication to empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve financial independence and long-term stability.

Last month, the Credit Union's Business Development Officer led a Financial Literacy Workshop for members of the Back on My Feet community, offering practical guidance on budgeting, credit-building strategies, and financial planning.

"This workshop was a powerful reminder that financial wellness is a key step on the journey to stability and success," said Larisa Suydam, Business Development Officer at Interior Federal. The Credit Union is honored to support Back on My Feet's mission and to help equip individuals with the tools they need to take control of their futures.
