Natalie Faulkner Promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s Plymouth Location

Plymouth, New Hampshire (May 6, 2026) - Natalie Faulkner has been promoted to Branch Relationship Manager at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust's location in Plymouth, New Hampshire. In this role, she leads the retail banking team to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in the community meet their financial goals.

Natalie brings more than a decade of banking experience to her role. She originally joined the Bank in 2012 as a part-time teller, before promotions to become Customer Service Representative, Commercial Loan Assistant, and HSA Administrator. Most recently, she worked as Branch Sales and Service Lead at the Plymouth branch.

Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in criminology from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She has numerous financial training certifications from the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance, including: Business Communications, Consumer Lending, Commercial and Business Banking, Certified Health Savings Professional, and Sales Essentials.

Natalie is an active member of her community, volunteering at Theatre Up and Jean's Playhouse, serving on the board of the Campton Area Resource Center. She also serves as chair of the Out of Darkness Walk for Suicide Prevention in Concord, New Hampshire.

Natalie lives in Plymouth with her husband, John.
