The Rocket Career Center is set to host the second annual DiscoverHEALTH: Job and Internship Fair on Friday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Thompson Student Union Auditorium.
The event is designed to connect UToledo students with employers across growing fields such as healthcare operations and administration, mental and behavioral health, public health and community advocacy, clinical and laboratory science, and health data and research.
Students will have the opportunity to meet with top organizations including ProMedica, Mercy Health, the University of Toledo Medical Center, Akron Children's Hospital, Corewell Health, Harbor, Zepf Center and the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services, along with many others actively recruiting for full-time, part-time and internship positions.
"This fair showcases a wide range of employers throughout the health and wellness industries which provides students direct access to networking opportunities," said Shelly Drouillard, director of the Rocket Career Center. "We're excited to expand this event and showcase the wide range of career paths available."
The DiscoverHEALTH Career Fair is part of the Rocket Career Center's ongoing commitment to supporting students' career exploration and success. Students from all majors are encouraged to attend and discover how their skills can make an impact in health and wellness industries.
