MIAMI, May 7, 2025 - Susan N. Eisenberg, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Labor and Employment Department, has been named to the International Women's Forum (IWF)'s 2026-2027 Board of Directors, a dynamic group of accomplished leaders representing a broad range of industries across South Florida and beyond.
The newly appointed Board will play a key role in advancing IWF's mission to support and elevate women's leadership, foster meaningful connections, and drive impact across communities and sectors. Board members will serve a two-year term, providing strategic oversight and supporting key initiatives, including leadership development programs, global convenings, and efforts to elevate women's voices across industries.
Founded in 1974, the International Women's Forum is a global organization of more than 8,400 accomplished women leaders across 35 countries. Through its programs and network, IWF advances women's leadership and champions equity and opportunity worldwide.
Susan has more than 35 years of experience representing employers in all aspects of employment matters and is widely recognized as one of the leading employment law attorneys in Florida. In addition, she has a very active neutral practice serving as a mediator and is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Panel. Susan previously served as the office managing partner of Cozen O'Connor's Miami office and chaired the Shareholder Nominating Committee, and previously sat on the Shareholder Compensation Committee and Management Committee. She is currently serving a second three-year term on Cozen O'Connor's Board of Directors. She is a frequent lecturer, author, and bar association leader.
