Management Services Group doing business as Global Technical Systems, Virginia Beach, Virginia (N0003926D9501); Leidos, Reston, Virginia (N0003926D9502); Serco, Herndon, Virginia (N0003926D9503); Systems Engineering Support Co., San Diego, California (N0003926D9504); and VT Milcom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of VT Group Holdings Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (N0003926D9505), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for Automated Digital Network System production units, components, COTS software, spares, lab material, future cyber threat upgrades and mission focused upgrades to support required target inventory objectives for shore and afloat platforms and airborne routing systems. The estimated, cumulative, value of the multiple award contracts is $452,930,000. This contract has an eight-year ordering period up to the contract award ceiling amount. There are no options. Science Applications International Corp., Reston, Virginia, is awarded a $112,302,900 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-6419) to exercise options for the production, spares, production support material, engineering support, and hardware repair of components for MK 48 Heavyweight Torpedo All Up Round. This modification is in support of the MK 48 MOD 7 Heavyweight Torpedo program. This contract combines purchases to support the Navy (99%); and the Royal Australian Navy (1%), under the Foreign Military Sales program. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems, Owego, New York, is awarded a $54,103,975 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001926F1033) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order provides non-recurring engineering support for the development, integration, testing, and deployment of the MH-60 product line System Configuration 28 fleet release. Efforts include systems and software development, hardware and software obsolescence integration, and other non-recurring activities required to sustain systems and software development labs, integration labs, and test labs, as well as support all Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) MH-60 air platform variants. Work will be performed in Owego, New York, and is expected to be completed in October 2028. Konecranes Nuclear Equipment and Services LLC, New Berlin, Wisconsin, is awarded a $51,162,117 modification to previously awarded contract (N62470-20-C-0002). The contract modification provides for construction of a 175-ton heavy-lift portal crane to be installed at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. This modification adds scope to provide non-recurring engineering and implementation for the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System network upgrade to single mode fiber and Prime Power Interface Subsystem Transformer Rectifier deficiency corrections and installation on the USS Enterprise (CVN-80) future Gerald R.
