The City of Santa Ana offers community centers, senior centers and libraries as cooling centers during high heat. The following locations are available:

Portola Park Splash Pad, 1700 E. Santa Clara Ave.
- As of Sept. 30, 2026, the Portola Park splash pad will remain open until further notice with extended fall 2026 hours, Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
