Dover, Del.- The Delaware Division of Small Business (DSB) is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members: Tatiyana Graves and Kira Manuszak.
Graves joins the team in the newly created role of Programs Manager. She will serve as the institutional knowledge holder for all active DSB programs, ensuring no program cycle stalls due to capacity gaps and opportunities for small businesses to scale throughout the state.
Graves brings a strong background in program management and community-focused initiatives, having previously worked at Delaware Technical Community College, where she managed programs within Workforce Development and Community Education, supporting program development, partnerships, operations, and student success. In her new role, she looks forward to supporting Delaware's small business community and helping entrepreneurs connect with the resources they need to thrive.
Manuszak is the Delaware Tourism Office's (DTO) new Sports Tourism Coordinator. She is responsible for attracting, managing, and retaining profitable sports-related business opportunities for Delaware, and will work closely with the Sports Sales Leader to promote each county as a destination for regional, national, and international sporting events.
Manuszak comes to DTO from the University of Valley Forge in Pennsylvania, where she was the Assistant Men's and Women's Volleyball Coach and Athletic Administrative Assistant. She is excited to help position Delaware as a premier destination for sporting events, and looks forward to connecting with sports organizations, building partnerships across the state, as well as creating opportunities that bring athletes, teams, and visitors to Delaware.
