We Must Enact More Pro-Growth Policies to Keep Job Creators in Illinois

Senate Bill 328, which has been signed into law by Gov. Pritzker, fundamentally changes the civil legal standards in Illinois. It sends a message that Illinois is closed for business and job creators are not welcome here.

This legislation paves the way for more frivolous lawsuits and drives businesses away from our state. This cannot continue, and we must enact more pro-growth policies to provide the best opportunities for employers and jobseekers.
