Judson Senior Living Appoints Jessica Kulczycki to Executive Director of Memory Care

Judson Senior Living, Cleveland, OH, announced that Jessica Kulczycki has transitioned to the role of executive director of memory care. In the position, she will focus exclusively on the organization's memory care services as the A. William and Joanne Reynolds Memory Care Neighborhood continues to develop. As executive director of memory care, Kulczycki will help advance dementia care services and support caregivers and families.

St. Anne's Retirement Community Names Melissa Frownfelter New President and CEO

Melissa Frownfelter joined St. Anne's Retirement Community, Columbia, PA, as president and CEO. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry, having served both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in central Pennsylvania. Frownfelter holds a bachelor's degree in business management from York College of Pennsylvania, an MBA with a concentration in health care management, and an executive certificate from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. She is licensed as a nursing home administrator, personal care home administrator and assisted living administrator.

Benchmark Senior Living Appoints Sigrid Usen as New Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Benchmark Senior Living, Waltham, MA, has appointed C senior vice president and general counsel. In the role, she will lead the organization's legal department. Usen joins Benchmark from The RMR Group, where she served as assistant general counsel and chief compliance officer. Before joining RMR in 2017, she practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and previously served as vice president and senior counsel at Merrill Lynch, overseeing legal coverage for the company's high-yield trading department. Usen earned bachelor's degrees in political science and English from the University of Vermont and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Front Porch Names Darren Wilde Controller

Front Porch, Glendale, CA, has hired Darren Wilde as controller. Wilde brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership of multi-entity accounting operations for transaction-driven organizations. His background includes accounting, financial reporting, audit support, cash flow analysis, and oversight of nonprofit and taxable entity reporting. Before joining Front Porch, Wilde spent 17 years with CCI, a property management and affordable housing company. Wilde is also a veteran of the U.S. Army and Air National Guard.

Brio Living Services Adds John Shull and Edward Southworth to Board of Trustees

Brio Living Services, Chelsea, MI, has appointed John Shull and Edward Southworth to its Board of Trustees.

Shull is founder and president of Shull Business Insights, a consulting firm he launched in 2024. Previously, he served in executive leadership roles with Corewell Health, where he oversaw surgical services, radiology, and respiratory care operations. His experience also includes positions with Steelcase Inc. and General Mills.

Southworth returns to the Brio Living Services Board of Trustees after previously serving on the United Methodist Retirement Communities and Brio corporate board, as well as the UMRC Foundation Board. He has more than 40 years of healthcare experience, including more than two decades as senior vice president of sales and business development at CareLinc Medical Equipment & Supply. He also has served on several industry boards, including the governing board of the Health Care Association of Michigan.

Sandi Ko and Amy Nicklas Promoted to New Leadership Positions at Springpoint

Springpoint, Wall Township, NJ, has promoted Sandi Ko to senior vice president and chief people officer and Amy Nicklas to director of sales and marketing.
Ko joined Springpoint in 2014 and most recently held the role of vice president of human resources. Nicklas joined in 2001 and most recently served as program director for Central New Jersey.

Chicago Methodist Senior Services Names Erin Zahradnik New Medical Director for Hartwell Place Memory Care Program

Chicago Methodist Senior Services, Chicago, IL, has appointed Dr. Erin K. Zahradnik medical director of the Hartwell Place Memory Care Program. Zahradnik is a psychiatrist affiliated with the University of Chicago Medical Center who specializes in geriatric psychiatry, dementia care, and palliative care. In her new role, she will work with the memory care team to support the program's care model, guide the implementation of clinical best practices, and help advance quality initiatives.

David Oster Joins Jennings at Notre Dame Village as Executive Director

Oster most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Laurel Lake in Hudson. Since joining Jennings, Oster has been working with residents and staff as he transitions into the position.

Wake Robin Welcomes Three New Members to Board of Directors

Wake Robin, Shelburne, VT, has appointed Roxanne Tena-Nelson, Mark Neagley, and Molly Comeau to its Board of Directors.

Tena-Nelson is president and founder of Salud Pathways and brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare policy, aging services, long-term care, government affairs, and organizational leadership.

Neagley is co-founder of Neagley & Chase Construction. He contributes more than four decades of experience in construction management, commercial and healthcare construction, affordable housing, sustainable construction, historic preservation, and real estate development.

Comeau is a Wake Robin resident and retired Episcopal priest. She has served numerous organizations and boards and currently chairs the community's Remembrance Committee.

Stacey Johnson Joins LeadingAge Michigan Board of Directors

Stacey Johnson

Stacey Johnson, chief operating officer (COO) of Trinity Health Senior Communities, Livonia, MI, has been appointed to the LeadingAge Michigan Board of Directors. Johnson has served in leadership roles with Trinity Health Senior Communities since 2013 and was named COO in August 2024. She holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana University, a master of science in nursing from Bethel College and a doctor of nursing practice degree with a focus on public health leadership from Indiana State University. In 2023, she received the LeadingAge Michigan Leadership in Action Award and was recognized as an Age of Excellence honoree.
