Dechert Advises on Quilvest’s Sale of Majority Stake in Fullers Foods International

Dechert advised Quilvest Capital Partners and Fullers Foods International on Quilvest's sale of its majority stake in Fullers Foods in a transaction with Beach Point Capital Management.

During Quilvest's three-year partnership with the company, Fullers Foods substantially increased revenue through category expansion, strategic rebranding, organizational transformation and key personnel additions. As part of the transaction, Quilvest will retain a minority interest in Fullers Foods and continue to support the company during its next phase of growth.

Fullers Foods, a leading provider of frozen food solutions in the UK and Europe, works with a global network of manufacturing and cold chain partners to develop, source and deliver products across various frozen categories.

Quilvest Capital Partners is a family-owned global investment platform that manages more than US$7 billion in assets across buyout, private equity and private debt strategies.

The cross-border Dechert team that advised Quilvest and Fullers Foods was led by corporate partners Christian Matarese, Mark Thierfelder and Sam Whittaker and included associates Debaditya Datta and Raul Vellani.
