Aldine Invests in Albert Paper Products

Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Albert Paper Products, Inc. ("Albert Paper"), a specialty paperboard and corrugated packaging manufacturer based in Irvington, New Jersey. Founded in 1944, Albert Paper has been operated by the same family for four generations and has earned a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and long-standing customer partnerships. The company provides custom folding cartons, chipboard components, partitions, pads, and related packaging products to leading brands across cosmetics, personal care, food, medical and consumer packaged goods industries.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside management and Soterra Capital.
