Teri Erickson Promoted to VP - Treasury Management Business Development

One Community Bank is thrilled to announce the promotion of Teri Erickson to VP - Treasury Management Business Development.

"Teri's passion for helping clients and her dedication to our communities set her apart," said Amy Bailey, VP & Director of Treasury Management. "She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the best service, and her leadership has been instrumental to the growth of our treasury management team."

Throughout her banking career, Teri has held a variety of positions including personal banker, assistant bank manager, and more. These experiences have shaped her professional development and prepared her for her current role at OCB. In Teri's new role, she will continue to serve clients and develop relationships with businesses on individual, commercial, and municipal levels.

Teri enjoys getting out of the office and spending time with clients and community members. She strives to be the community banker that everyone knows. "At OCB, we don't just say we invest in our communities, we actually do it. Our colleagues show up, participate, advocate, and we help in any way we can to support our clients and communities," said Teri.

Teri is passionate about her community and is actively involved in numerous community organizations. She currently serves as Board President with the Monona East Side Business Alliance, Treasurer of the Monona Farmer's Market, a Committee Member for Friends of Respite, and a member of the Financial Committee for GSAFE.

Outside of work, Teri enjoys camping in the great outdoors and weekend trips.
