Baylor College of Medicine today announced new leadership and the appointment of six accomplished business and community leaders to its Board of Advisors. The Board of Advisors, a non-fiduciary appointed group, works closely with Baylor's Board of Trustees to provide counsel and support for advancing the strategic needs and mission of the College.

Lisa Bordelon, senior vice president of Lockton, and Kelly Hackett, managing director and head of the Family Office division at Tectonic Advisors, will assume the leadership of the Board of Advisors as co-chairs. Together, they will support Baylor in advancing its mission to drive innovation in education, research and healthcare.

The following business and community leaders join the Board of Advisors:

  • Ana Lee Jacobs is president of the Sanchez Family Foundation. She is a graduate of American University and the University of Houston Law Center.
  • Jenny Koehler is the managing partner of PwC's Advisory business, where she leads strategy, growth and operational excellence, while harnessing technology and AI to power innovative, client-centric solutions.
  • Bryan Leibman is a physician and graduate of Baylor College of Medicine, who previously served as president and CEO of FROSCH, where he led the company's growth into a leading global travel agency.
  • Cody Nath is the CEO of Refined Technologies, a privately owned industrial services company dedicated to serving the global oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in various facets of the energy sector.
  • Chris Rizk is a board-certified dermatologist and co-founder at Elite Dermatology, which operates six locations in the Houston area, comprising 15 dermatologists, two dermatologist-surgeons and three plastic surgeons.
  • Harry Yan is president of HTI Materials Corp., a manufacturer and distributor specializing in artificial lift and downhole equipment for the oil and gas industry.

"These leaders bring remarkable expertise across industries ranging from healthcare to energy and finance," said Dr. Paul Klotman, president, CEO, and executive dean of Baylor. "By bringing together diverse perspectives, we ensure that Baylor continues to be a place where discovery translates into solutions that improve lives everywhere."
