Pinnacle Financial Partners has added four experienced bankers in Nashville: Mark Ford has joined the firm's music, sports and entertainment team, Greg Wiel has joined the commercial real estate team, Ali Burlage the treasury management team and Colton Wright in Williamson County. All four are based in Nashville and bring an average of 23 years of experience in financial services.
Ford brings 20 years of banking experience focused on the music and entertainment industry, and most recently served as chief financial officer for a massive global recording artist and related businesses. He has worked as a relationship manager, portfolio manager and credit advisor supporting artists, publishers, labels and investment firms, building a large client base and structuring loans secured by music intellectual property and royalty streams.

Wiel joins with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and brokerage. He has deep expertise in industrial and commercial development, along with a track record of building relationships across the Southeast. His addition enhances Pinnacle's ability to support developers, investors and business owners with both local insight and the broader capabilities of a $100 billion-plus regional bank.

Burlage brings more than 20 years of experience in treasury management and client servicing, advising large corporate clients on working capital strategy, payables and receivables solutions and cash management. She has focused on healthcare and financial institutions, assisting clients improve efficiency and managing complex cash flows.

Ford, Wiel and Burlage are all based at the Pinnacle Bank headquarters in Nashville Yards.
Wright adds 20 years of experience in client service and financial relationships to the firm's Brentwood office, with a background in private wealth and retail banking, where he has worked closely with individuals and business owners on financial planning and day-to-day banking needs.
