CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00018302 de 25 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía TIENDAS INDUSTRIALES ASOCIADAS TIA S.A. cuya oferta pública de la DÉCIMA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue aprobada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2019-00003283 del 22 de abril de 2019 por el monto de hasta USD $20'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
