It's located in Franklin, Tennessee, outside of Nashville. The Realtor.com listing states that "this newly built custom estate offers an extraordinary blend of refined luxury, timeless elegance, and relaxed country living."

TMZ , which first reported the listing, reported in June that movers were seen at the home. A recent report on Realtor.com states that Jelly Roll handed the $7 million Nashville-area home to Bunnie Xo in the divorce.

Jelly Roll, 41, and Bunnie Xo, 46, met in 2015, and got married in a spontaneous wedding in August 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They separated on May 9, and Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed for divorce on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee. Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, addressed the split on an episode of Dumb Blonde, and Jelly Roll directed people to the podcast if they were seeking answers about the divorce. However, the podcast host ultimately removed the episode because "I realized I just don't want one of the hardest moments of my life to become a permanent headline. ...People deserve the space to heal, to evolve and to move forward."

Bunnie, who said on the show that she "will never" get married again, has since shared that she's "having fun" with Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolf, 24, since the divorce. She said on the since-deleted episode of her podcast that Jelly Roll is dating again after parting ways. Jelly Roll previously said, despite the divorce, he considers Bunnie Xo "my best friend forever." He has since said he plans to "take some time off and heal."
