New IDOR Service Streamlines Vehicle Title Transactions at Chicago DMV

The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) now offers on-site vehicle tax payment services at the Secretary of State's Chicago Flagship Center (125 W. Monroe St.), allowing customers to complete tax and title/registration steps in a single visit.

Customers should bring all required documents. Payments are accepted by cash, check, money order, debit card, or credit card.

Supported forms: RUT-25, RUT-25-LSE, RUT-50, ST-556.

IDOR service hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
