City Seeks Proposals for Housing and Homelessness Assistance Programs

The City of Greensboro's Housing & Neighborhood Development Department (HND) is requesting proposals (RFP) to provide rapid rehousing, tenant-based rental assistance, short-term rent, mortgage, and utility assistance, as well as permanent housing placement services funded through the federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) programs.

Proposals are due by Friday, May 15, at 4 pm.

Estimated available funds and activities are subject to change after City Council approval.

Mandatory RFP workshop for all applicants will be held virtually Tuesday, April 28, at 2 pm. Workshop attendance is required for City funding.

Interested homeless housing providers/agencies can seek additional information at www.greensboro-nc.gov/HNDRFPs.
