Amendment to Annual Report (Form 10-K/A)

Madison Technologies Inc. (the "Company") previously filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "Original Form 10-K") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on April 15, 2026. This Amendment No. 1 to the Original Form 10-K (this "Amendment") is being filed solely to correct a clerical error in the date and signature of the "Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm" in Part II, Item 8.
