Culver’s Opens Second Southfield Location on Telegraph Road

The City of Southfield is proud to welcome a second Culver's to the community. The new restaurant at 29785 Telegraph Road, just north of 12 Mile Road, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, November 2.

The Telegraph Road location is owned and operated by Ryan Lawroski, who started at Culver's in 2019. Ryan's path from team member to restaurant owner is a great example of the opportunity and growth happening in Southfield's business community.

Mayor Kenson Siver, members of Southfield City Council and the City's Business and Economic Development team joined Ryan and his staff to celebrate the opening.

Both Southfield Culver's locations were developed by Andrew Zielke, who owns and operates the Culver's at 29970 Southfield Road. That restaurant opened in October 2025, and Zielke managed construction on both projects. The Zielke family has operated Culver's restaurants in Metro Detroit since 2014.

Known for its ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard, the new Culver's is located on the northeast outlot of the Onyx Building property along the Telegraph Road corridor. The restaurant is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
