The Holding Complexity Community of Practice (CoP) offers a dedicated space to gather with colleagues in honest conversation and shared reflection. This CoP is for instructors who want to slow down enough to think, feel and respond more intentionally to the demands of academia. Through dialogue, contemplative practices and mutual support, participants will help each other reconnect with purpose, build resilience and cultivate a more grounded way of being in the academy. It is a space not to simplify the challenges of these times, but to meet them together with greater steadiness, insight and care.
Register now, space is limited! The CoP is led by Vanessa Meade, associate professor of social work and CAFE faculty fellow.
