Dr. Jakub Wojcik Practice Moving to New Location
Bradford, PA - The Bradford Regional Medical Services (BRMS), a Kaleida Health organization, primary care practice of Jakub Wojcik, MD, Danielle Gregoire, PA-C and Lexi Pascarella, PA-C, will be moving to a new office location.
The new location will be inside Bradford Regional Medical Center located at 116 Interstate Parkway, Bradford, PA. Dr. Wojcik and team will be seeing patients in suite 41 on the fourth floor starting on Tuesday, September 2.
Patients may access the new office by entering through the hospital's main lobby and taking the elevators near the Heartstrings Gift Shop to the fourth floor to suite 41.
Dr. Wojcik, Gregoire and Pascarella are accepting new patients. Appointments can be made by calling the practice's new phone number at (814) 363-9484.
