Willkie advised Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, a leading pet grooming and specialty retail franchise and a portfolio company of Garnett Station Partners, on an investment from Great Hill Partners.

Founded in 2007, Woof Gang operates a national franchise network across 36 states that provides personalized, salon-style grooming experiences and a curated retail offering to pet owners nationwide.

Willkie previously advised Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based principal investment firm that manages approximately $4.5 billion of assets, on its acquisition of Woof Gang in 2022.
