At the end of the meeting (TTBC) - Press conference in the Justus Lipsius press room in live streaming.

Access for the media

Journalists holding a valid Council one-year badge or accredited to the European Council meeting will be granted access to the Council premises.

The scanner security checks will be carried out at the Justus Lipsius and Europa buildings entrance halls.

Access via the Europa building entrance will be possible from 07:00 to 07:45, and again after the doorsteps (scheduled from 08:30 to 10:00).

⁠ Expect temporary freezes and plan to arrive in advance.
