Intesa Sanpaolo backs Techbau with €110m for green logistics hub

Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting Techbau's development with a €110 million financing package for the construction of a sustainable logistics hub in Alessandria, reinforcing the Bank's role in advancing ESG transition and business growth.

The financing was provided by the Banca dei Territori Division, in cooperation with the Corporate Finance Mid Cap team of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, highlighting the Group's integrated capabilities.

Techbau S.p.A. is a general contractor active in the development of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
