Today, we announced that Dana has entered into an agreement to combine with Eaton's Mobility business-an important step forward that strengthens our position as a leading global provider of powertrain systems. By merging two highly complementary portfolios, we will expand our capabilities across commercial and light vehicle markets, deepen our aftermarket presence, and create a more comprehensive offering for our customers.
