Fremantle and Rai set to co-produce Latin GRAMMY Celebra

The Latin Recording Academy has named Italy as the host country for the next Latin GRAMMY Celebra.

The Academy's internationally acclaimed tribute format - produced in collaboration with Fremantle and RAI, the official broadcaster of the event - will celebrate Italian music, its star power, and the global cultural influence of its songs.

In spring 2027, RAI will produce Latin GRAMMY Celebra, an official tribute event of the Latin Recording Academy, honouring iconic Italian artists and songs that have left an indelible mark on Italian music and inspired audiences across the globe.

Broadcast in prime time on Rai 1, the specials - produced by the Prime Time Entertainment Division for Raiuno in collaboration with Fremantle - will feature unforgettable performances by acclaimed Italian and international stars. Each episode will celebrate one or more legendary singers, selected in collaboration with the Latin Recording Academy, whose music has helped make the Italian repertoire timeless and influential across generations.
