Celebrating Graduate Success:
First Destination Report for the Class of 2025

Each year, Saint Francis University's First Destination Report shares the results of our annual survey of recent graduates, offering an inside look at where our alumni go next and how their SFU experience shapes their future. We are proud to announce the results for the Class of 2025, highlighting the remarkable achievements of our graduates as they embark on new chapters of professional and academic growth a year out from graduation.

This year's report shows that a remarkable 99.6% of graduates were employed or attending graduate school within nine months of graduation.

Key Highlights

  • 99% of graduates said their internship, field experience, clinical rotations, or student teaching were instrumental in landing full-time employment.
  • 90% of the senior class gained hands-on experience through internships, clinicals, or fieldwork.
  • The average annual salary range topped $75,000.
  • Our alumni are working or studying in 24 states and 7 countries, in high-demand fields.
  • 89% of graduates said Saint Francis was instrumental in developing their faith and values for life after college - a reflection of our Franciscan commitment to educate the whole person in mind, body, and spirit.

Graduate Success Story

One shining example of our graduates' success is Jacob Garrity, who used his dual degree to land a job at Tesla, a multinational motor vehicle and clean energy company considered to be one of the most valuable corporations in the world. Jacob earned both a B.S. in Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science in December 2025 with a focus on robotics, machine learning, and programming languages. Read our Q&A with Jacob Garrity.
