Going Upstream: Empowering Youths for Health Education and Success

In 2025, UNESCO, in partnership with the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET), officially began implementing the O3 Plus project targeting learners in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. This collaboration has already begun to show results, particularly through the successful hosting of the Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) Online Course on the NACTVET Learning Management System (LMS).

On May 5th 2026, UNESCO and NACTVET officially launched a nationwide rollout of a specialized online course designed to advance learners' health and well-being through Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) as part of implementing the O3 Plus project at institutions under TVET.
