Downtown Dock Improvements

The City of Cadillac is hoping to apply for a grant to make much needed repairs and improvements to the Downtown Dock. Please participate in our online survey.
The Downtown Dock recently underwent a structural assessment and is need of several updates. To help fund these necessary improvements, the City plans to apply for a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Grant in 2026. Please participate in our online survey and join us on January 26, 2026 for a joint development meeting during the Planning Commission meeting starting at 6:00pm for a brief presentation and to view a model and images of the proposed improvements.
