Explore how employees at HUBER+SUHNER make an impact, take ownership and experience the corporate culture. From Germany, India, Switzerland and to the US, learn how our culture values accountability and passion and empowers people to grow and thrive.
At HUBER+SUHNER, we put people at the centre of what we do. With about 4'000 employees across more than 40 locations worldwide, our strength lies in the rich mix of perspectives, personalities, and experiences. It's a culture built on care and collaboration. A workplace shaped by people. In this two-part series, we introduce individuals from across the globe who make an impact and bring our values to life.
"In India we have a very open culture where people can walk in with a cup of coffee and share jokes, and it's an environment which is full of a lot of laughter and happiness." Rashmi Singh, who leads the HR function in India, fosters this approachable and inclusive atmosphere every day. But it's not just about fun-it's a culture where well-being and high performance go hand in hand. People feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and drive impact. Her story reflects a workplace built on mutual respect and collaboration, where happiness fuels ambition and results.
Pascal Debersac, Manager Micro Assembly & Optics in Germany adds: "I think the main strength of our company is especially the teamwork, between the units and in the units themselves, between production and development."Pascal's perspective highlights how collaboration is not just encouraged, it's embedded. At HUBER+SUHNER, we believe that shared success is built on shared effort.
"If you want to take initiative, if you'd like to take responsibility, if you want to develop and realise things; then with HUBER+SUHNER, you are in the right place." Fabio leads a global team focused on supply chain innovation. His words capture the spirit of a culture where initiative is met with opportunity.
Rob Konieczny, Field Application Engineer at HUBER+SUHNER in the US: "The biggest core strength I've seen is that no matter what your role or responsibility is, you care. I've never felt like anybody is too busy to support me in my field sales role." Rob's experience in Charlotte, North Carolina shows how support and shared purpose define our culture.
"We always have a good time together. We can help each other and there's also room for fun. And that's another reason why I really enjoy coming to work, because you always have a good time with the people." Vin's experience in the apprentice workshop highlights our commitment to early talent and vocational training. It's a place where learning is hands-on and teamwork is natural.
As our CHRO Patricia Stolz recently shared in an interview, "I believe our corporate culture is a real asset because most of the employees appreciate and like our values, leadership principles and the way we collaborate globally. Moreover, I like the mixture of being a global and stock-listed company, but our size still enables us to know each other personally."
People from various backgrounds enrich our perspectives. At HUBER+SUHNER, we value individuality and foster an open-minded work environment where different viewpoints are welcomed and celebrated.
Why it matters
These stories are more than personal reflections; they are proof of a culture that values people. At HUBER+SUHNER, we believe that when people feel respected, empowered, and included, they do their best work. That's why we're proud to be a place where openness meets excellence and where mutual respect shape how we work.
