ComplexCare Solutions Selects Nashville for New Corporate Headquarters

New headquarters strengthens healthcare partnerships, supports continued growth, and expands presence in one of the nation's leading healthcare markets

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Nashville has long been recognized as one of the country's leading healthcare hubs, bringing together organizations focused on innovation, collaboration, and improving outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. As ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) continues to grow nationally, the company is proud to announce the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Nashville.

The expansion reflects CCS's continued investment in healthcare partnerships, member engagement, operational growth, and innovation as the organization evolves alongside the changing needs of health plans, providers, and the members they serve. A ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for June 9.

As a physician-founded and clinician-led organization, CCS partners with health plans across 43 states through a national network of more than 2,500 advanced practice clinicians, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. CCS delivers clinician-led in-home and virtual health assessments designed to uncover the clinical, environmental, and social insights that are often missed in traditional care settings.

The organization combines those assessments with personalized education focused on comprehension and retention, helping members better understand their care while strengthening engagement, continuity, and provider connection. Beyond assessments, CCS supports health plans through supplemental testing services, emergency room diversion initiatives, encounter facilitation, and complex member engagement strategies designed to improve coordination and address avoidable utilization.

Opening our Nashville office marks an exciting milestone in the continued growth and evolution of ComplexCare Solutions," said Rachel Knight, CEO of ComplexCare Solutions. "Nashville is widely recognized as a hub for healthcare leadership, innovation, and collaboration, making it an ideal location to expand our presence. As someone who grew up in this community, I'm especially proud that this investment will create new career opportunities locally. Establishing a stronger presence in Nashville enables us to deepen relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, attract exceptional talent, and continue advancing solutions that improve outcomes for the populations we serve."

The Nashville headquarters will support continued collaboration across customers, partners, operational teams, and recruiting efforts while creating additional opportunities to engage within one of the nation's most influential healthcare communities.

"Our approach has always been rooted in partnership, adaptability, and measurable results," Knight added. "Today's health plans need trusted partners that can identify actionable insights, engage members in ways that build trust, and turn those interactions into coordinated care strategies. By helping plans better connect members, providers, and resources, we support improved outcomes for patients while driving value across the healthcare system."

The opening reflects CCS's momentum as healthcare organizations increasingly seek more connected, member-centered approaches to longitudinal care, patient/member engagement, preventive services, and whole-person support.
